The Wedding Day:
Attempting to organise a dinner party can be daunting to some and the thought of organising their wedding day can feel extremely over-whelming. This is where Ginger Lily comes into play, as we offer to take the wedding into our own experienced hands and provide stress-free planning from start to finish, such as menu-planning, guest table plans, marquee bookings, etc. to ensure that your day is delivered perfectly. All that is required from our clients is their cooperation and our goal is for our clients to have fun, through this exciting and special time.


Our Menus
Our clients receive a menu briefing and will be offered our time and attention to create their dream menu appropriate to their wedding style. Ginger Lily understands that weddings are not collective, but rather are unique to the bride and groom and should be tailored to their taste. This is why we offer an exclusive menu that supports every husband and wife-to-be when choosing their menu. Whether the wedding is to be an intimate dinner, or a wedding for 200, here at Ginger Lily, we have the creativity and knowledge of food to produce a menu that is appropriate to the style of the wedding.
These menus are designed to support every unique style, whereby the customers may choose a menu according to their own personal style, further finalising dishes for their weddings under their chosen menu. We also provide further optional menus for canapes, starters, salads, sides, dietary requirements and desserts.
Our primary aim is to replicate the elegance, simplicity, and beauty that a wedding should have; a treasured day to embark on a couple’s journey through their life together.

Our Paella choice is a fun & economical way to provide hearty authentic Spanish flavours to your guests or delegates. We will arrive 3 hours before your serving time to freshly prepare your paella using our gas fired paella pans. We will then serve it to your guests using bamboo plates & cutlery in the style you choose. All our Paellas are GLUTEN FREE, NUT FREE, DIARY FREE and our Vegetarian is always suitable for VEGAN diets.
We can cook our authentic meat, seafood & Vegetarian Paella in varying quantities demanding on your guest’s tastebuds. Prices are from £9.50

That said, the menu below addresses the most common allergens and intolerances and puts together a menu that will provide them with a delicious meal. All food that is ordered with a specific dietary requirement will be handled with utmost care to avoid and prevent cross-contamination. However, if there are any other allergies that we have not addressed, we will be happy to offer a menu that will fit any guests needs.
